This dispense kit features 100% stainless steel contact, which is necessary for good sanitation when dealing with the live cultures in kombucha.

DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL: It has never been easier to set and verify the internal temperature of a kombucha dispenser thanks to the KOM30S-1's digital temperature display with user-friendly push button controls. Unlike other keg dispensers that use an imprecise temperature dial, this kombucha keg dispenser allows you to adjust the temperature in one degree increments between 32 degrees Fahrenheit and 75 degrees Fahrenheit by simply pressing on an up or down button.

SUPERIOR COOLING TECHNOLOGY: This kombucharator features fan-forced cooling, which gives it the coldest temperature range of any kombucha keg cooler on the market today. The fan helps provide even cooling throughout the unit. This kombucha dispenser also features a deep chill function that allows you to quickly cool down a warm keg by forcing the compressor to work continuously for up to 24 hours. It can be quickly activated or turned off with a simple push of the deep chill button.

LARGE INTERIOR: The interior is spacious enough to easily hold up to two 5 gallon D system kegs or up to three 5 gallon Cornelius ball lock home brew kombucha kegs, allowing you to dispense one keg while keeping two more stored at their ideal temperature. When you're not using this unit as a keg dispenser, it can be easily converted into a regular all-refrigerator for extra storage using the two included shelves. The wide temperature range even allows you to store bottles of wine!

STYLISH AND CONVENIENT DESIGN: Intelligently designed for home use, this kombucharator is ultra-quiet and 25% more energy efficient. It features a removable, dishwasher-safe recessed drip tray with a plastic grill that catches drips and spills, a chrome safety rail that helps keep mugs and glasses from sliding off of the countertop, and easy-roll locking casters that allow you to move the unit from room to room.
